We ship anywhere in New Zealand from our local warehouse.
Delivery times
- Standard overnight: orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched the same day and usually arrive the next business day in urban areas.
- Rural delivery: allow 1–2 extra business days.
- Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. Free standard shipping applies to orders over the threshold shown at checkout.
Age-restricted delivery
All parcels contain R18 products. Your ID is verified before your order ships, and the courier must sight photo ID and collect a signature on delivery. Parcels cannot be left unattended.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
